All coaching fees, tournament registrations, and other payments must be completed before participation unless otherwise approved.
Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and are subject to the academy's discretion. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted where applicable.
If an event is cancelled by AJ Tennis Academy, participants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer depending on the circumstances.
